Kristin Koziara believes in eating simply well. Her path towards a culinary career began while caring for her ailing grandmother. She was affected by the impact food can have on a person's health and spirit. This profound impression sparked her interest in culinary school in San Francisco. After school, she worked at restaurants in San Francisco and Brooklyn for more than a decade. Kristin now lives in Portland, where she owns and operates the personal chef service Seasoned, which offers clients restaurant-quality food in the comfort of their homes. Kristin draws inspiration from weekly trips to the farmers market, where she keeps a lookout for produce at its peak. Her respect for ingredients and their origins translates directly into the cuisine, allowing it to shine. Her food is delicately simple, responsible and healthful.
